Q1:電池的電壓不同,如何配置?
A2:可以提供4.20V,4.30V,4.35V,4.40V四種電芯電壓的軟件
Q2:每款電池的放電曲線不同,如何配置?
A2:方案中用4個(gè)LED燈來(lái)表示電池電量等級(jí),可以根據(jù)客戶電池的放電曲線通過(guò)軟件調(diào)整電量等級(jí)的電壓值;
Q3:輸入輸出接口外殼是否可以接GND.
A3:不可以.因?yàn)槟承┙涌谶B接線負(fù)極是與外殼相連的,而我們的采樣電阻要接在GND與接口負(fù)極中間若兩者相連則相當(dāng)于采樣電阻 短路了。

PCB設(shè)計(jì)參考:
1.IC下面需敷銅散熱(IC 襯底要連接到 PGND),散熱面積盡量大,襯底焊盤打通孔到PCB底層,并適當(dāng)露銅皮增強(qiáng)散熱。
2.LDO18腳的10uF電容要靠近芯片管腳;AGND用單點(diǎn)接連的方式回到PGND。
3.采樣電阻CSP,CSN端Layout應(yīng)遵循如下規(guī)則:
a) CSP,CSN走線要盡量避開干擾源器件比如電感,環(huán)路MOS,Vout等;
b) CSP,CSN走線盡量在同一層,減少打孔的情況;
c) CSP,CSN兩條線都盡量靠近芯片;采樣電阻到芯片端之間的連線不得過(guò)電流.同樣原理CSN也是不可以直接和PGND相連。
4.大電流通路(升降壓環(huán)路部分電路:BAT–電感–MOS-VOUT):盡量走在同一層,而且盡量粗短,同時(shí)地的面積也盡量增大且要完整.這樣可以增加散熱,減小EMC干擾.
5.USB口外殼不可以直接接 GND. 因?yàn)槟承︰SB線負(fù)極是與外殼相連的,而采樣電阻是需要接在接口負(fù)極與GND中間,若兩者相連則相當(dāng)采樣電阻短路了.
6.為保證散熱,EMC等性能****,推薦使用四層板.
